The H8/3694 Group is the successor to the H8/3664 Group; the maximum frequency of this device is increased to 20MHz at 5V of power supply, and its operability is highly enhanced with improvement of I2C1) interface. Four types of packages are available: a 64-pin LQFP (10 mm× 10 mm), 64-pin QFP (14 mm × 14 mm) and 48-pin LQFPs (10 mm × 10 mm and 7 mm× 7 mm) having pin compatibility with the H8/3664 Group. Power-on reset and low-voltage detection functions, available as options, are recommended for use in designing the products which are subject to power voltage fluctuations when using battery, as well as for products requiring system protection. The device may use emulator E8 satisfying the requirements for the application of on-chip debugger.
