Overview

The $299 Blackhawk USB2000 Controller designed for the cost/performance balance required by the TMS320C2000(TM) development community. The controller requires no external power source and supports the standard 14-pin JTAG header and voltage ranges from 3.3 to 5.0v. A free add-on to the USB2000 Controller is the FlashBurn utility. This scriptable utility follows the freely available TI API and algorithms for programming TMS320C2000 devices with on-chip flash. An optional Isolation Adapter is available which protects from ground loop voltage, harsh environments and new, untested designs.
