The TQM885D is equipped with the new  Freescale Power Architecture MPC885 processor the most powerful member of the PowerQUICC I family.With three different processor frequencies of 66 MHz, 80 MHz and 133 MHz, the TQM885 attains up to 158 MIPS.

There are numerous applications for the TQM885 Minimodule: Typical applications are routers, WLAN access points, ADSL gateway boxes, networking equipment, general-purpose controllers, factory automation and industrial control.
